After the success of the club’s virtual table quiz held last month we hosted our second ever virtual club event last week! With members gearing up for a long-awaited return to court on April 26th, the event was themed ’10 days to Tennis’ and featured a programme designed to help us shake off the Covid cobwebs and focus on ‘the right  diet’, ‘the right gear’ and ‘the right moves’ for tennis. The event started with an in-depth talk by registered Dietician Suzanne Seery who shared a wealth of information on nutrition in a great presentation through which she outlined her Top 10 tips for Tennis: for those interested in a reminder or if you couldn’t join us on the night you can check it out HERE

James Colhoun, owner of JC Tennis in Clontarf had some useful advice on tennis gear and equipment and Tennis Coach Miloudi Takkedine put the attendees through their paces with some tennis drills and skills to test the best of us!
